SummaryI had the privilege of designing a seamless and efficient one-page checkout flow for subscription renewal, triggered by tokenized email links. Through rigorous A/B testing and time-on-task analysis, I leveraged data to refine each design iteration. Subsequently, I presented my findings to diverse stakeholders, paving the way for further progress. After approximately six rounds of testing, we arrived at the final three options, which were thoroughly evaluated.

To showcase the designs and gather user feedback, I utilized InVision, employing various interactive hotspots to simulate the user experience. Furthermore, for comprehensive user testing, I developed functional prototypes using Axure. Test participants were guided through each step of the checkout process, allowing them to explore and interact with the different design options. These designs underwent rigorous testing, ensuring their effectiveness and usability in meeting our objectives.
